At Junoon E Khas, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our refund and return policy:

1. Returns:

   • We accept returns within 10 days of the purchase date.
   • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.

2. Refunds:

   • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
   • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Damaged or Defective Products:

   • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

4. Exchanges:

   • We do not currently offer exchanges. If you need a different product, please place a new order and return the original item
